We are honored to announce a new legacy society for those who include the Preservation Society in their estate plans.
For the past century, our members have formed the cornerstone of our work, and it is in this spirit that the Cornerstone Society is named. For the cornerstone is the very first stone laid, marking its place and date in time, and critical to the success of the whole enterprise — just as our supporters have always been for the Preservation Society.
The impacts of planned gifts can be truly transformational for the work of the PSC; bolstering our defense fund to protect the integrity of the public process, increasing our endowment to sustain the organization over the long-term, and ensuring our staff has the resources necessary to protect Charleston’s livability and authenticity.
