The PSC is committed to serving as a resource and working directly with residents to advance the mission of preservation in Charleston.
Easements
The Preservation Society of Charleston has been accepting preservation easements since 1978 and currently holds over 75 exterior as well as numerous interior easements. The Preservation Society accepts exterior façade and interior easements on properties in Charleston and areas beyond the city.
Preservation Resources
From helping residents navigate the public process, to connecting citizens to the tools necessary to successfully preserve, rehabilitate or restore their historic building, the PSC is committed to serving the Charleston community as a preservation education resource.
